Shipping policy

At Off The Grid, we aim to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Please review the information below before placing an order.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be extended

UK SHIPPING

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International delivery times vary by destination

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

TRACKING

  • All orders are shipped using a tracked service

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect details may incur additional shipping charges

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

  • Off The Grid is not liable for parcels delayed or lost by third-party couriers

  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local courier directly

  • Claims for lost parcels must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date

FAILED DELIVERY & RETURNS TO SENDER

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Unclaimed parcels

The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

PRE-ORDERS

  • Pre-order items will be dispatched on or around the estimated release date

  • If your order includes pre-order and in-stock items, the full order may be shipped together unless stated otherwise
